with this analogy, but I don’t know that much else about F1.

achieve the best results. Including the driver themselves. This is the same

Of course, we don’t work with high-powered speed machines, but the principle remains the same. French. Before creating YMG, Nathan was a professional volleyball player.
Playing for clubs all around the world and representing Great Britain at the
London 2012 Olympic Games. During this team, Nathan experienced first-hand the

When retiring from professional sport and starting up YMG, Nathan realised that although he was no longer on the court, the principle remained the same. To create an elite end product, he needed an elite team with a shared ethos. Thus, YMG and our Elite Sporting Principles were born.
